Neil has been with Macleod Roofing since January 2005. As contract manager, he is responsible for managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all regulations and contractual terms and conditions. He is involved in project planning and ensuring higher standards of work across the business.  Neil spends his spare time with his family, fishing, and metal detecting. James joined Macleod Roofing in 2015. As a roof surveyor, his responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of roofs to identify any damage or issues, documenting findings, and providing recommendations for repairs or replacements. In his spare time, James enjoys mountain biking, watching football, playing golf, and relaxing with his family. Mandy has dealt with all daily financial transitions and functions since she joined Macleod Roofing in 2021. She has built a great rapport with customers from across the Highlands. In her spare time, Mandy likes going out to see live music, shopping, gardening and visiting new places on holiday. She spends most weekends looking after her baby grandson. Why do you enjoy working for Macleod Roofing? “It is a very friendly, laid-back environment. We all work well together as a team and there is good communication throughout. Management also has an excellent friendly approach towards staff making it a happy and fantastic place to work.”

Rachel joined Macleod Roofing in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing all of the business’s admin and clerical tasks. She works alongside the whole team to ensure everything runs smoothly. In her spare time, Rachel walks her dog and likes to visit new restaurants with her husband and daughter. Why do you enjoy working for Macleod Roofing? “Having a good work-life balance is very important to our manager, Sandy, and this makes for a very hard-working team. I enjoy my workplace’s collaborative environment: we have an open-door policy making it a very friendly and supportive office.”

As a secretary of Macleod Roofing, Hannah ensures the smooth running of the financial department. She joined the business in 2005.
