We’re delighted to share that Macleod Roofing has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2026 NFRC Scottish Roofing Awards.
Three Projects Recognised Across Three Roofing Categories
Three of our projects have been recognised across three different roofing disciplines:
Royal Dornoch Golf Club
Finalist in the Green Roofing category.
Tigh-Nan-Ubhal
Finalist in the Heritage Roofing category.
Achmelvich Cottage
Finalist in the Single Ply category.
To have three projects shortlisted is a fantastic recognition of the range of work our team delivers across the Highlands.
From heritage roofing that respects the character and history of a property, to modern single ply systems and green roofing solutions, each project required a different approach, specialist skills and close attention to detail.
Recognition for the Macleod Roofing Team
The NFRC Scottish Roofing Awards celebrate roofing and cladding talent from across Scotland, with projects judged on areas including workmanship, difficulty, problem-solving, health and safety, aesthetics and environmental qualities.
For our team, being shortlisted across three separate categories makes this year’s recognition particularly special.
Sandy Macleod, Director at Macleod Roofing, said:
“To have three of our projects shortlisted across three different categories is a great achievement for the whole team. Each one presented its own challenges and required different skills, so it’s brilliant to see the quality of the work recognised by the industry.
A lot of people contribute to delivering these projects, both on site and behind the scenes, and this recognition belongs to all of them.”
Scottish Roofing Awards 2026
The winners will be announced at the NFRC Scottish Roofing Awards on 30 October 2026 at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
We’re looking forward to the awards and wish all of this year’s finalists the very best of luck.
